The ISP is suggesting this plug in is not compatible with WP 3.7.1

They are restoring the site as of last night’s back up.

Any thoughts from this forum are appreciated. The site is still down.

According to our ISP, this plug in had corrupt files.
They had to restore our site from a back up in order to get it to work at all.
I would suggest NOT loading this plug in as, when you activate it, your entire WordPress web site will completely disappear. Gone. Nothing. Not even a 404.

    Hey Dean,

We have spoken several times on email and I am very sorry to say you had an issue. I know the plugin files are in order (we have installed this manually on dozens of different server setups). I think our final solution was that it came from your hosting account (the guy who you bought your site from).

Our plugin files are very simple, we don’t do anything but check for certain things, there are no changes or manipulations being made to your site from our plugin, just diagnostics.

Also – we are compatible all the way up to 3.8 and have tested on … I would say over 50 different server combinations personally. At the time of this post we have had 384 Downloads and 0 complaints like this.

I will note this – we are very sorry that you had trouble, however we are fairly certain that the cause was not our plugin as it does nothing outstanding to your site other than diagnosing the problems using Google’s own API and checking your existing plugin configuration.

We are very quick to respond to all issues via email. WordPress does not update us on this forum for some reason – so always please feel free to inquire at [email protected]

Thank you, Ninjas! Not sure what went wrong but I certainly appreciate your prompt response. For now I am not going to utilize this plug in…perhaps I will send your email address along to the ISP so you can see what they did to “fix” this problem?

    All the best,

    -Dean

OK, I had the exactly same problem. After installation were the front page ( https://www.limousine-klagenfurt.com )and the admin panel blank. Only renaming the plugin via FTP could help.I had to delete it.

my site went down after installing this plugin. The host is trying to restore it. nothing show up. I can’t get to any pages or admin files.
