SEO and Readability are missing

Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.2.2? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider. ?If you update to the most current version of WordPress and, does this resolve the issue with the metabox?

During the last Yoast Premium upgrade v11.6, some how two tick boxes were ticked by default that hides these from view. I did not know of these two configurations.
