SEO

On my site Carolyn’s Dried Flowers under dash board in the upper left I have Home, Updates and SEO according to GoDaddy it is there version that is search engine visibility
There is a spot for sitemap but no place to create one. How should or how can I create on. Am i better off down loading the plugin yoast seo
