“Sent From” with email address

    Hi,

    I’m trying to figure out how to keep to the email address next to the “from name” on outgoing emails

    Current format: Company Name

    Desired format: Company Name <[email protected]>

  • Hi,this issue is probably related to the contact form plugin you are using in your site.

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I’m not using any contact form plugins. The issue I referred to occurs when sending any email whilst Easy WP SMTP is activated; including the test email sent from within the plugin.

    Hi, out of curiosity. What are you using to send your emails? Our plugin only serves as a bridge between your server and the contact form “Email client”.

    Oh, I see what you mean. I’m using SendGrid to send emails. I have their link branding feature enabled which should use the “Company Name <[email protected]>” format I’m looking for but, it seems something is indeed wrong on their end cause, I’m having the same problem with other SMTP integration plugins. I’ll go ahead and mark this issue as reloved, thanks for your help!
