Sent email by role, it threw an error but the email actually sent >10 times

We sent an email by role (to 16k customers) and it threw an error saying “Oops! Something went wrong!”. We kept trying with different settings until we added it to a queue. Once added, it started sending but eventually after the queue was done, it kept sending the email to the same list again and again. Some customers reported the email was received more than 10 times. We had to turn off our sendinblue transactional emails because of your plugin and we don’t know if there are still emails in queue waiting to spam the next customer. Can you please contact us back?? We sent you messages on Whatsapp and it would be great if you respond.
