• We sent an email by role (to 16k customers) and it threw an error saying “Oops! Something went wrong!”. We kept trying with different settings until we added it to a queue. Once added, it started sending but eventually after the queue was done, it kept sending the email to the same list again and again. Some customers reported the email was received more than 10 times. We had to turn off our sendinblue transactional emails because of your plugin and we don’t know if there are still emails in queue waiting to spam the next customer. Can you please contact us back?? We sent you messages on Whatsapp and it would be great if you respond.

    @patrickguno As stated in plugin readme/FAQ, if you have a lot of users in your system, PHP max execution time may hit and we get problem like this. Ideally PHP max execution time should have been increased appropriately before attempts were made to send emails. Thanks.
