    Hi guys.

I was surprised to get an email from Grastisfaction (which is currently installed in my shop) reminding users to use the code, etc for points but the problem is the subject header contained ***SPAM***.

I dunno if the word ***SPAM*** is auto generated or put in by gmail but if that’s the case, I would uninstall the plugin right away.

    See here for the link

The email was sent both to gmail and yahoo user emails

    Hi there,
I hope you did receive the reply we sent directly to your email. We did reply promptly on the 11th April and then sent a followup email on the 15th April.

It appears that you are using your own email address – So the email header was changed in your email server s***bi*e*un.*h before it is pulled inside your Gmail interface.

We can confirm that our delivery rates and sending reputation are very high.

Gratisfaction will only send a welcome email and a referral enrolment email (if the referral program has been activated)- Further, these emails are only sent to customers who sign up to your store account and you can pause them as well.

If you have any questions or would like any support, please feel free to email us at supportatappsmavdotcom. We love talking with our customers and are available on this email to help resolve any issues with our plugins.
    Best wishes
    Apps Mav team
