Sensei Course Achives Returns “The page can’t be found”

  • Hello, I hope you can help. I’ve added Sensei LMS to a site with the Hello Elementor theme. All the other Sensei pages are working fine, but the course archive page always returns a “This page can’t be found” 404 page. This happens whether a page is used or the default course category. Any help or advice you can give would be mush appreciated.

    I’m using the latest versions of WordPress, Sensei and Hello Elementor.

  • Hi, dianewallace, that page indicates there’s a critical error on your site.

    Did you receive an email mentioning what the error was?

    If so, can you please copy and paste the error into a reply in this thread?

    Hi Ian,

    Thanks for the heads-up! There wasn’t a fatal error the last time I looked, but I can definitely see it now! Looks like there’s a conflict with Essential Addons for Elementor. I’ll get this fixed, then come back to the original issue. Thanks!
