Sendungen DHL label

    Hello. In new WC germanized wee can do several parcels for one order…

    But when i’m trying in menu “Sendungen” prin’t DHL-label – i have error “Beim Aufruf der DHL API gab es einen Fehler: Invalid GKP username and/or password..”

    But i know – all credentials is right…

    Hi there,

    did you adjust your password/username within the right settings panel? (WooCommerce > Settings > Germanized > Post & DHL > DHL)

    This error message yields that the username/password is not correct. Maybe your password was changed due to the DHL password policy (to change the password every 3-6 months) in the meanwhile?

    Hi, thanks for answer. Specially change the password 2 weeks ago…

    “The password for this user is valid until 03/09/2021.”

    On separated DHL plugin all working fine and labels are created without any problems…

    Hi there,

    the question is whether you have adjusted the settings within the right settings panel. Germanized does not use the same settings as the official DHL plugin. Your Germanized DHL account data (username, password) must be updated at WooCommerce > Settings > Germanized > Post & DHL. You should adjust the password in these settings to make Germanized work.

    Yes – you were right. Our inattention often leads to such errors. I reinserted my password and login and everything worked … Thank you for your instructions and patience …
