Sends emails but leaves the information out

It looks like your form-tags don’t match your mail-tags.

In the Form they should contain: [text your-name] [email your-email] [text your-subject] [text your-message]

hi i have same problems. i get my email like this:

From:
[text your-name] [email your-email] [text your-subject] [text your-message]

did you fix the problem if you please let me know too,

As described in the link posted in your topic, your form-tags and mail-tags in the contact form 7 admin section *have to correspond*:

For example:

Form-Tag >>>>>>>>> Mail-Tag

[text your-name] >>>>> [your-name]
[email your-email] >>> [your-email]
=====================================

Try changing your Mail setup to:

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]
Message: [your-message]

I recently updated a client’s form to include the following within the “Message Body”:
[your-message]
[your-name]
[your-email]
[your-phone]

Since doing so she has been receiving all the necessary information right within the body of her email.

It works, it seems that @luxurylife was correct my tags were wrong on the mail tab so when I fixed it worked. Thank you for all that gave advice.
