Sends duplicate emails – no support

  • After months of trying to fix this and posting in the support forum, I have to uninstall it and use a different plugin. Sure, it works! Do you mind getting 15 duplicate emails every time someone uses the form? Oh, then you’ll need to use a different plugin. tldr; It has problems and there is no support.

    Check again the support url you send us, it is not our plugin why you are rating our plugin ???

    If this isn’t a review for Contact Form, what is it? At the top of this page right here, it says:

    Support ? Plugin: Contact Form, Contact Form Builder, Contact Form Widget, Contact Us ? Sends duplicate emails – no support

    Maybe you should shout at me some more and tell me I give fake reviews?

    Understand us right, it is different plugin with different development teams.

    Are you trying to tell me that Contact Form and Contact Form 7 are not supported by the same people? If so, I will remove this review.

    If this is true, have you never faced this confusion before? Contact Form 7 looks like version 7.0 of Contact Form.

    Absolutely yes, this two plugins developed and supported from different people.

    No, it is the first time, that’s why we thought that it is fake review, but now we understand that it is just confusion.

    We are tring to resolve and help our user issues, so it is not right to leave review for our plugin instead of Contact Form 7.
