• Yesterday I sent a newsletter and today I received a lot of mails of my subscribers telling me that they received more than 20 mails each one, I sent this newsletter over 20000 users imagine what a mess , this is normal????? what’s wrong?? I lost a lot of customers……………………..

    It’s pretty much impossible to do that unless you did something you shouldn’t have or your web host mail server went crazy. For example we only try sending one time and then mark the message as stuck if we get an error.

    The only other way I can think that could happen is if you sent your email separately to a different list each time and each list contained duplicates. We only check for dupes per send. If you split them up, we assume it’s a separate campaign.

    You could try creating a list with me on it and test if I get multiple messages. Doug at sendpress dot com.
