• We recently converted our site to WordPress and added in SendPress to send our newsletter out. We enabled Auto Cron and it worked the first week and then just stopped working. It hasn’t checked our site since December 20th. I asked our provider if they were blocking it from checking and they aren’t so does anyone have any thoughts as to how to fix it so it keeps checking our site and sends out our newsletter so we don’t have to go in and manually do it? I’ve sent two support requests to SendPress but no answer. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

  • Hi,

I have same problem. I had working autocron until 15/05/2016 and from next newsletter it just stopped working.
Did you recieved any feedback on this? Or found out how to resolve this problem?

    Hi,

If you can provide your domains i can check them. We have made some recent update and changes to our Autocron service that should fix the issues it was having.

    Best,

    Hi,

    My domain is: studiojogi.pl/blog/

I have checked it for past few days, and it looks like messages are sending only after I log in and go into queue tab. If I do not, then last Cron check is logged at time of my last login

We’ve made some changes recently but they require an update. We checked your site and it looks like we’re connecting to it and you’re running is not quite up to date, but should have all the cron fixes.
