Sendle Shipping Method Absent

    I’m not getting a Sendle option appearing as a shipment method at checkout. I have it set as a shipping method in shipping zones.

    I’ve verified the API and it’s working.

    I’ve checked that all my dims and weights are correct.

    I’ve tried deactivating Wordfence and Woocommerce Australia Post Shipping method.

    I’ve read through your troubleshooting and seem to have all those as recommended.

    Any help that you guys could offer would be greatly appreciated.

    This has been resolved. Thanks, guys. It wasn’t working in my sandbox at all, BTW.

    Hey, are you able to share how you got it to work? Or did you just ditch the Sendle plugin altogether?

    I have been struggling for hours on the exact same problem, and so have a few others on this forum. It would be great if we could have some insight, as the developers are not helping at all.

    I got a response from Sendle… turns out I typed my data in back to front. I put “4103” in the Suburb field and “Annerley” in the Postcode field. Whoops!

    I corrected the mistake and the issue was fixed.
