  • Hi Yes we too are having the same issue. They never respond and the support is very poor for this plugin. There is an issue with their plugin it does not automatically submit orders upon completion. You need to manually go and “Submit orders” for all orders.

    In the orders of WC orders page in the right hand column you get this:

    Sendle Order Status: yet to post
    There seems to be error while submiting please create shipment once more.
    Create Shipment

    Create Shipment [Satchel Booking]

    If you submit manually it works. But the “Print label option” does not work either from WC and you need to go to sendle portal to print the label manually again.

    Potentially could be great plugin, but poor non responsive support and loads of bugs make it disappointing.

    Will wait a couple of days before leaving a bad review. Hoping to resolve issue that is best outcome

We have several thousand sites using the plugin successfully on both automatic and manual submission of orders so there must be some edge case in your sites causing this error.     Hi @joovii the problem is your team never responds. We have tried to contact Bivash from Joovii support on ticket #756 which was opened oct 13. That is almost 1 month ago and not even a reply to many emails we sent following up issue. Very disappointing.

    Our customer is keen to use the service but the Sendle Plugin simply does not auto submit. We are now having more issues such as the below from sendle logs when trying to submit orders one in particular is not working with error:

    Order Error byadmin [orderid:7786] :: Array ( [error] => conflict [error_description] => The idempotency key you have requested already exists with different params )

    We are hoping to get some support please. It has been almost 1 month no reply to emails or ticket.

    I understand this is now solved. Security software plugin was blocking the label download.

    djecak,regarding your issue. If connecting directly to woocommerce is also failing, it is most likely an issue with your API key. Please share your site details with us at https://joovii.com/contacts/

    Hi, it is EVrim here.

    I have been trying to integrate Sendle for about a month now. I tried to follow the steps and instructions on documents, but I have messed up and no shipping options at the checkout. I d my best to understand these, but just can’t. Can someone help me from scratch step by step? I am happy to pay if someone can really help me. We can’t launch our website just because of this. So, if I can manage to integrate Sendle and adjust settings, we will.
