Sendle Email ‘Shipped Out’ – Not working

You didn’t answer my other support post. I hope you received it.

Just letting you know that if you complete the sendle shipping through Sendle website it does not send the Sendle Shipping Email template found in Woocommerce. It only functions when you press the button within Woocommerce in the order page.

I would appreciate if you could put an option that will detect when we fill out the sendle order in Sendle.

Sendle Dashboard – WooCommerce and then what i do is I click send parcel depending on the customer. This way is much easier for me.

Can we please add this option when you are free? I am sure many others are doing the same and are not knowing such a email is not going out.

Also you should make it HTML allowable so we can put a theme, etc.
