Sendit multilanguage

Hello,
When I try to use sendit with a multilanguage site with qtranslate plugin help, the sendit form subscribe for the secondary language doesn’t work.
For example:
With first language if I try to submit the subscribe form without filling the email field, an information message appear to the user telling to the user that the mail is invalid.
If I try the same with the secondary language: https://piscinessantcugat.com/?lang=ca
in the url, the user is redirected to a empty white page.Why is happening that?
How can I make it works?
