    Good afternoon,

I have always worked with mailpoet and it has never given me problems.

However, by changing the option “Send all site emails with …” to Mailpoet, I have received different spam junk emails like “Storу оf Sucсеssful Pаssive Inсоmе Strаtegies. Раssive Inсоmе Idеa 2020: $ 10000 / mоnth: http: //ymwcdfuq.webtrafficoffer.com/266 “sent via sendingservice.net.

Is it a known problem? Or a failure of sendingservice.net?

My concern is to be sending this junk to my entire list of users and being marked as spam (rightly so).

I have attached a screenshot of it.

I expect a quick response, as it seems to me that it may be a problem for all Mailpoet users.

    A hug.

  • Hi @jmbarroso84

It looks like your website is compromised. Probably your website was sending emails before, but since your previous WordPress email sending method wasn’t working, you didn’t notice it. We suggest you scan your website with https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/

    Hi,

I am facing a similar issue, I have scanned my website at https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ but no malware showed up, iam also using wordfence and ran a scan with that too with negative results for any malware.

Let me know how this issue can be fixed.

    Here’s the solution.

You may have set up a mail sender as “other” than mailpoet but the configuration in Mailpoet 3 has slipped back to Mailpoet as the sender,

Reset your sender to “Other” and try again
