• Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to pass an order’s tracking ID (e.g. Fedex) from Shipworks to Woocommerce other than by way of notes? Ideally when an order is set to Completed in Shipworks, it would update the order in Woocommerce with the tracking ID before sending a customer shipping notification. Just wanted to see if there was a quick way to handle this connector or if it would require some programming.

    Thanks!

    Hello jd3cker,

Yes, you can add the plugin Woocommerce Shipment Tracking https://woocommerce.com/products/shipment-tracking/, the tracking number will go directly on this plugin so your customer will be able to see the tracking number

    Hi,

I have the same need. I installed the shipment-tracking plugin and still am not seeing the tracking information other than in the order comments. Is there some other configuration needed to make this automatic?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello Jerod,

We did an update few days ago, please update our plugin to version 4.1.2 and it should work. (only with new orders ship via Shipworks)
Let me know if this is still doesn’t work
