Sending trackbacks from link log entries

Hello everyone,
For a bunch of reasons I use(d) Blogger to manage my two link logs. I used to labour under the mistaken impression that Blogger, whenever appropriate, would obligingly sendsout trackbacks to the pages I link to. When I realised it does no such thing, I decided to look for alternatives.
Now I know that I can run my link log with WP, by putting all my links into a seperate category, but I want to avoid doing that for now. Instead, I’ve considered social bookmarking systems, like Delicious and Simpy, but apparently none of them send trackbacks to the pages that users bookmark.
Maybe I’m missing something rudimentary here, but surely there must be some sort of link log system out there that also features trackback support.
Any advice, comments, etc. would be much appreciated.
