sending too much request to server

    WPQuads plugin sends too many requests to the server. I am using a 4GB premium digital ocean server but all resource takes this plugin and some time site become down. always this plugin takes 100% CPU. when I disable this plugin all things become normal.
    cloudways support saying –
    please also try to disable the quick-adsense-reloaded plugin
    it will create a lot of high admin request
