[NSFW] Sending to zero contacts list

    The plugin was working fine until a few days ago. Now the post notification function tries to send to the usual list (800 contacts) but the list has 0 contacts so it does not send any email. How to solve this problem? The plugin is updated to the latest version 4.6.4

    Hi there,

    I am really sorry to hear that you are facing any issue with email sending.

    Can you give us more information related to the issue like
    1) How many contacts are present in the list on the audience page? Is it 800?
    2) What is the status of the related post notification report? Is it ‘Queueing‘ or something else? You can check it from Email Subscribers –> Reports menu.
    3) Currently, loopback requests are required to queue emails. Can you please check if loopback requests are enabled on your setup from Tools –> Site Health. If they are enabled you can you shouldn’t see any warning related to them.

    1) Total contact active 997 but in this list1 (which not working) 857 . In list2 there are 140 contact and work’s fine! The problem is in list1.

    2)status of post notification report is in Queue….but show zero contact in list1!!!!!

    3)there is no error in site health

    even with send broadcast the list shows zero contacts !!

    I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with email sending.

    We aren’t able to replicate the issue on our end but it was replicating on @maarlok’s site. Currently, we are working on a fix for it.

    We haven’t fixed the problem since it is not getting replicated on our end.

    But if you can allow us to debug the issue on your setup, then we can have a closer look into the issue and fix it.
