**Edit** that’s not what’s happening. it isn’t replacing the to address. I’m just being BCC’d on it. The site owner isn’t getting the email, but I get it. Unlikely to do with anything about this plugin – probably their anti-spam.**end edit**

    Hello,
Recently our contact form (CF7) stopped working, fails to send. It works without Post SMTP active, but in that case, the site owner cannot recieve the email because it isn’t authenticated or whatever. With Post SMTP enabled, I was able to get the form to work by following the steps here:

    https://postmansmtp.com/storedrv-submission-exceptionsendasdeniedexception-mapiexceptionsendasdenied/

However, now it does not send to the website owner, it sends to the email address that is entered as a field in the form [your-email]. Not sure how this is happening, I have ticked “Prevent plugins and themes from changing this”, but the form does not send to the address specified there on the Message tab. (I also added the code from the above link in my functions.php file).

  • Hi @richgraphix,

I’m glad you were able to solve this. Do be sure to check the SPF and DKIM for the domain, though a quick glance looks as if you have it set up correctly for 365.

Please let us know if you need anything else.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
