• Dear Support!

    I would like to ask if it is possible to send the tickets to the email address(es) of the attendees that register after choosing the ticket variation, instead of sending all of the tickets to the billing email address? This kind of behaviour is common in other plugins, especially for people who buys more than one ticket, or a ticket for someone else.

    You can use FluentCRM to send attendee specific emails. More is on our FluentCRM documentation.

    I know its a harder question but do you have a date for the patch that will implements this? We would need this feature at the beginning of august at latest.

    Sorry to say that we can not give you the exact ETA for it. Because our existing sprint is not over yet and all of the developers are queued on their task. But we can assure you that this will be done by our developer soon. Please allow us some time. We appreciate your patience.
