    Please assist. I am getting this error when sending a test email

    An unexpected error occurred:

    There has been a critical error on this website.

    When checking in console, admin-ajax.php is returning an error 500.

    It seems to work if I disable the Facebook for WordPress plugin.

    Hi @trixxmanaty,

    Your set up looks fine, if it is working when ‘Facebook for WordPress’ is disabled then there is probably an Ajax conflict there.

    I will ask the developer to take a look at this when he is able. Please be aware he is very busy – but we will aim to get a fix for this as soon as possible.

    I’m getting this same exact error unfortunately. I do not use any facebook-related plugins on my website though. It started happening to me last night. Was there ever a fix for this?

    Ok thanks for the reply. I’m happy to help if I can provide you with anymore info. I sent my diagnostic log directly to the plugin author on Thursday night/Friday morning.
