Sending tasks are showed under completed but emails not received!

I have yet to receive an email from MailPoet except from the test email sent in the SMTP setup.

I have an email set up to send when a WooCommerce product is purchased. With test orders it shows under system status that those tasks are completed, but no email is ever received (nor in spam). I also tried the MailPoet service too. And odd that the jobs are under completed tasks even though I never opted in to subscribe (no initial opt in email). The WooCommerce customer list also does not increase with the test purchases.
