    On feb 07th, 2022 our sending got suspended due to degraded delivrability of email. I followed procedure and wrote an email to specified address. I got a detailed answer explaining we had a problem with emails sent to a wordpress@ address. (because we choosed to send all emails through Mailpoet).
    I investigated and found one form (Contact7 extension) that had that address as a destination … our mistake. I corrected the problem immediately (because we don’t use wordpress@ as an address at all) and I got back to Mailpoet support on the same day.

    Getting absolutely no answers i wrote again on the 8th, and then again on the 22nd, no answer at all as of today and sending is still paused. In the first email it says exactly “After doing it, contact us so we can restore the sending for you.”..

    So now I’m wondering if you get banished for ever … from sending and support as well ?? The least would be to advise people if that’s the case ! We now urgently need to send another newsletter and I am starting to look elsewhere, users are pressing me to do so !

    I see your message on February 8th, followed by our response later that day.

    After that, there are no other emails in our system from your email address.

    I have sent another reply to your address on that support ticket. Please try replying one more time to my reply there.

    Ok sending has been re-established, thanks a lot !

    I still do not understand why my answers were not received, in fact your last message was a reply to my second message, the one that was not a reply to your message … it’s like I cannot reply to your messages, I’ll make a note of it in case it happens again.
