    Hello,
    sending was suspended for this account; we have 990 subscribers and i don’t think there is a major problem with the list… could you please check and advise ?

    Can you please share with us, just the first 5 digits of the activation key you are using so we can check that on our end?

    Hi Florian,

    I see you had a previous subscription for 0 – 2,000 subscribers and you went over the subscriber’s limit.

    Now you have an active plan for 1,000 subscribers. However, if you have more than 1,000 subscribers, sending will be paused.

    Please note that all subscribers with the status “Subscribed”, “Inactive” and “Unconfirmed” are used to calculate your total number of subscribers.
