    I have had my sending suspended. I switched from Mandrill plugin to SparkPost last week and never had an issue with Mandrill over the 2 years. My websites are only sending gravity forms notifications and WooCommerce transaction emails to website admins and customers. It takes them 2 days to reply to your case.

    I’ve had to switch back to Mandrill while I wait to hear from them.

    Anyone else had this issue?

    The Abuse team got back and said their automated detection systems incorrectly flagged some of my emails as spam, but they have set a flag in the system so that this particular automation will not act on my account again.

    Glad it worked out for you.

    My account is still suspended. I got a very harshly email accusing me of sending spam.
    What seems to have happened is a user of your website fills in spammy content to my contact forms. Possibly a bot or something. Who knows?

    Point is, I was given no warning from SparkPost, my account (that I use on several WP sites) was immediately suspended.

    I’m still waiting for a resolution.
