    Hello,
    we have been sending our newsletters with MailPoet for years. We still use the old subscription with up to 2000 free recipients (this limit will be reached soon). The newsletter is also sent with the “MailPoet Sending Service”. Now we suddenly can’t send any newsletters or test mails. This message appears there (original in German):

    The email could not be sent due to a technical problem with MailPoet: The email could not be sent: The MailPoet Sending Service is no longer sending your emails for one of the following reasons:
    You have probably reached your account’s subscriber limit. Manage your subscribers. You probably had a poor delivery rate. Please contact our support team to resolve this issue. Check your delivery method settings.

    We have checked everything and there seems to be no error.
    – The limit has not yet been reached (1800 subscribers out of 2000).
    – The sending method is correct
    – The key is active

    For the latter we get the message

    – Your key is valid
    – MailPoet Sending Service is active

    …but also:

    – Your key is not valid for MailPoet Premium

    In the meantime, we have not changed the settings (the sender address was changed last time, but it was also authorised via the MailPoet website).

    I see the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused for your account and I will contact you via email to give you more details about why sending is paused and what you have to do in order to have it restored, okay?

    i answered your e-Mail but it still doesnt work. Did you already reset it? The problem still appaears. This is the Mail i wrote you:

    The problems you mentioned only apply to the bot attack, as we have otherwise adhered to all the guidelines and do not add people to the mailing list who have not agreed to it. Since we don’t have an active Google account at the moment, I have activated the default captcha from MailPoet for the time being. We will set up the Google Captcha as soon as possible.

    I therefore ask you to restore the sending service.
