Hi,

The status campaign only shows ‘Sending’ and ‘Paused’.
This way your plugin is of no use.
I am sorry to know that you are having issues as I need to use this plugin as soon as possible.
Can you give me a solution before the next update?

Could you try sending another campaign? and also which email sending API are you using? Is it verified or not?

Thank you for your support.

The same issue occured with the second test campaign.

I just gave a name of my choice in API Key Name and saved it to generate the API Key.
Should I have checked it? How to do it?

Hi Elsa,

Kindly, change your email sending API to different a service. Example – if you are using “Mailgun” try “SparkPost” API.
