Sending request

  • Hi,
    I have correctly installed the mailup registration form as per the manual but when I go to make an inscription it continues to be written “Sending request …”
    could it be the fact that the site is with the SSL certificate?
    I can’t find the solution.

    Thank you for your message. The SSL certificate shouldn’t be a problem. I suggest you to contact the MailUp support team, so they have a chance to run a test from your subscription form.
