    Hello,
    I’m having problems sending my newsletter.

    I’m using Acymailing Starter 9.5.0 with Brevo (with the sending method marked deprecated)
    The Brevo API key is correctly configured and test mailings work correctly.
    However, during the last mailing campaign, the mailings were noted as sent whereas the recipients didn’t receive anything.

    The report displays the following messages as many times as there are subscribers:

    April 19, 2024 13:50: Error calling the URL contacts: Attribute length exceeded
April 19, 2024 13:50: Attribute length exceeded

    Do you have any idea what’s causing this problem and how to solve it?

    Hello,

    Could you open your Brevo account and check the contacts attributes listing? Could it be possible that there are too many attributes and Brevo refuses to create a new one?

    For each campaign, AcyMailing creates two attributes (to store the subject and the body of the email per user).
    They are automatically removed 30 days after the campaign is sent, but only when the automated tasks are active (on the paid versions).

    For the free version, I would recommend to use the SMTP integration with Brevo, that doesn’t need to create campaigns on the Brevo side.

    If you prefer continuing using the Brevo API, you will need to remove the old contact attributes and campaigns/lists when they are done.
