Sending Php Shortcode in notification message

Hello I would like to ask if it would be possible to send a php value that Iam getting from a php shortcode and displaying in an html block in wpforms. I would like to send this same value in the email notification, I have the ID in question but when I include this tag I am not getting the value sent
