    Hi @mytwebsolutions,

    Thanks for reaching out!

In order for users to get a PDF file download link or PDF file, there are two options:

    1) You can add the link to the confirmation message in your form, and for this, you can follow our guide here.

    2) You can redirect users to another page after they submit the form, and you can see details on how to do this here. Then, you can add a link to your PDF file or allow users to download it on your page.

About your question #2, this will depend on your solution to generate PDF reports. You can try the confirmation options above and check what option will provide better results in your PDF reports.

    Hope this helps!

    ?question #2

example : If the page is home form need to get home.pdf and if it is about us , about.pdf will get in confirmation mail.

    Hi @mytwebsolutions,

It should be possible to achieve what you described using conditional confirmations and conditional notifications.

However, as the conditional logic feature is part of the paid version of WPForms, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance?

You’re welcome to just include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.

I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.remarpro.com support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!

    Thanks ??

ok thanks. but how to create separate notification email for one form?

Can i send different notication for one form if i add hidden field for page url.

So if page url is home – send home.pdf, and if it is about , send about.pdf.

Creating separate forms for each PDF would make my database too big. that may cause website slow.

    Hi @mytwebsolutions,

To have multiple notifications in the same form, and send each notification to different email addresses, you will need to use the paid version of WPForms.

When you get a chance, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance? From there, our support team will be able to provide all the details about those features.
