    Hi,
    I am a paying customer, I have an issue with a paused sending since last monday, I’ve email you, several times now, and I still have no answer, and I need this email to be sent urgently.
    What can I do to have an answer ?!

    Thank you. I see that you opened two different tickets about this, the first on May 23rd and the second on May 24th. We replied to each one on the day we received it, but it seems perhaps you aren’t receiving our replies.
