    Dear Support

    we had the red banner message in early August and realised, that too many bounces may have blocked us from sending email through MailPoet.
    Interim, we shifted, as proposed by MailPoet in article here https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/269-reconfirm-subscribers-to-your-list
    and since then accumulating new subscriptions of existing users, slowly, but getting there.

    Meanwhile, since mid-August, we had switched to local SMTP and with some degrade (we were blacklisted on some servers), we managed to send out emails to re-invite to confirm subscription to a NEW list. we still did not send a new Newsletter for real people.

    NOW, I wanted to check, if we NOW are able to use MailPoet as a sender. I created a text Post-Notification on a list with 4 core users from our organisation and tried to send it……negative.STILL

    According to https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/231-sending-does-not-work#suspended we need to ask to re-continue sending with Support, but no link provided in how todo so, so I assume thru here?

    I am not a fan of posting private info in public support portals like here. Many other still paste emails and sites and system paths….so if you ask such details, we need to see how we do this, hopefully not needed.
    We need clarity on this best this week.
