sending out confirmation link

Hi,

How can I send out a confirmation link if a message arrives in the contact form? I have set up a contact form in Sydney with Contact Form 7 and when an inquiry arrives through this form I would like to send out a confirmation link in an automatic letter to the inquirer before answering his question. This way I would like to avoid answering fake inquiries when a fake but existing email address is inserted in the contact form. Or is there any other way to get confirmation for the email belonging to the inquirer?
