Sending more than once the same message

Hello I’m testing the plugin and I’m some doubts when I click on send I get the same message 4 times. This is normal?
Each of these messages that I get comes with different formatting see:

Because a message the plugin sends several times with different formatting? How do I set to send only 1 time with a type of formatting?
Another doubt, the plugin has integration with the shipping platform banckmark and plugin juice me?
