Sending mails is not working (only ajax-loader is showing)

  • Hello,

    I have a Problem with CF7. No emails arrive, when you klick the send button only the ajax-loader appears, but nothing else happens. I tested it with a new contactform but it didn′t help anything…

    The webside is https://xn--mller-physio-dlb.de/ , i got a duplicate for testissues but cant link it here… in the duplication i updated wordpress and the plugins to the newest version.

    Do you know which versions of WordPress and Contact Form 7 you use on the site?

    Wordpress: Version 5.4.1
    Contact Form 7: Version 5.1.8

    No. You are using WordPress 4.6.18 and Contact Form 7 4.5.1. Contact Form 7 4.5.1 is almost four years old now. Updating immediately is advised.

    Like i said in my post above i have a copy of the page for testing… the orgininal page (the page i posted) has the old versions like u said…so i made a copy and upgradet every version to the newest (WordPress: Version 5.4.1 \Contact Form 7: Version 5.1.8).

    At the original Version, the “succesfully sended” notification appeared but no email was send. At the updated version not even the nofication is showing, the only thing you can see after pushing the “Send”-Button is the “ajax-loader”.

    If required i can send you login data for my testing page as PM.
