Sending Mail to specific Mail Adress unpossible, other works

    Hello,

    Mail sending to a specific mail adress not working. Other works with the same message.

    Tested on an other CF7 on an other website – same problem.

    Schema of the E-Mail-Adress:

    [email protected]

    No Mail via SMTP ist sending. No entry in e-mail log of the hoster.

    “An error occured. Try later”

    No log entry in SMTP-Debug Log, because cf7 not sending a message.

    Has CF7 a debug.log?

    Sending to this E-Mail adress via SMTP plugin test function is possible.

    @takayukister Same issue here. No E-Mail sending after last update. Mails are saved in Flamingo but not send with the same error message.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    After doing this, check the response message again. Which border color (red or orange) do you see?

    Error exist furthermore.

    Border Color: orange.

    Just a question @odak71 where do you host your WordPress blog? I have some errors with IONOS and seems to be a error in IONOS config where they change the default settings for mail() function.

    Jedenfalls nicht IONOS. Ein kleinerer Hoster in Potsdam.

    Blocking Reason: Using Stopword online.de – t-online.de is the biggest Telecommication company in germany, how can I edit the stopwords to remove online.de ?

    Other Stopword: using “xxx” – Because GDPR I replace the last 2 IP numbers with xxx – what can I do to change the Stopwords manually.
