• Good morning,

despite having everything setup correctly and no errors are shown, the sending of our newsletter is quite poor (unusual low response rate). It seems, that out of 164 subscribers only 24 got the email (see screenshot): https://stefankremer.cloud/index.php/s/54rGWjbfm9wgAzH

Been through this: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/231-sending-does-not-work but with no success:

    • sender email domain is authorized
    • sender domain is verified
    • test email can be send and arrives
    • system status doesn’t show any errors
    • ping for cron_daemon is successful

Despite all this (MailPoet as service provider setup) the hoster (webgo) claims that emails are still send via their servers – which of course would have a limitation of 50 mails/hr. Still that wouldn’t explain why the rate would be even below 50, yet it would fit to the a.m. limit of 25 mails every 5 mins. Questions are:

    • What happend to the other 140 mails?
    • How can we check, who really deals with the outgoing mails?
    • Is the legacy subscription plan responsible for these limits?
    • Do we have to signup for a new (free would be enough) plan?

    thanks for any guidance
