    Hello,

I setup the events ticket but I want to change how the e-mails are sent. When someone buys 4 tickets, he gets 1 e-mail with a list of the 4 tickets.

I want to have it like this: The purchaser gets each ticket individually sent so he can share them to the other attendees who could come later etc

Is this possible with php because there are no settings for the e-mails

    Thx in advance

    Hi @tobiasoptin ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m afraid there isn’t a way to change the behavior of how ticket emails are sent at this time. The default behavior is for the purchaser to receive a purchase receipt email and a tickets email with the latter containing the number of tickets that were purchased displayed in a list.

    Hi @tristan083

thx for the answer but is there nothing possible? Because when I sell tickets for an event and they don’t arrive all at the same time. How does this work? And if I purchase the tickets plus plugin to use the QR-code scanner. How do I scan the tickets when not all attendees are there at the same time?

I hope you understand my problem and know a workaround.

Thx for your help and time

    Hi @tobiasoptin ,

With the Event Tickets Plus add-on premium plugin, you’ll have the ability to enable Individual Attendee Collection (IAC) is a feature (see Enabling Attendee Information for Tickets). Here, the purchaser will be asked of each attendee’s name and email address which in turn provides the functionality for the purchaser to receive the purchase receipt email while each attendee will receive the ticket email.
