• Hello, I’ve try to send a new newsletter this weekend, but this one will not send. After few second, the sending method switch in pause mode and leave me up a message in french (the installation language of my website)

    L’envoi a été mis en pause en raison d’un problème technique avec MailPoet: Le service d’envoi de MailPoet a stoppé l’envoi de vos e-mails pour une des raisons suivantes :

    Vous avez peut-être atteint la limite d’abonnements de votre plan. Gérez vos abonnements.
    Vous avez peut-être un mauvais taux de délivrabilité. Veuillez contacter notre équipe de support pour résoudre le problème.

    Vérifiez vos réglages de méthode d’envoi.

    So that will tell me that MailPoet have stopped the sending of my mail for one of the reason :
    – I had push up the limit of abonement >>> Nope, i had 967 users in my list and only 420 are eligible to received the mail.
    – You had an bad score of deliverability >>> Last score was Good or Excellent. I’ve just also checking the mail-tester with the used email adress and still have an 10/10.

    So on MailPoet Website my plan is ok and don’t alert me of a problem.
    On the setup of the plugin also, Activation Key is ok, MailPoet Service Sending still also ok.

    Advanced setup use the MailPoet CRON, i’ve switch to other options and back to MailPoet without it changed things.
    Sending Method is MailPoet also and have worked from October to April without problem.

    I’ve updated Plugins 3,46,14 and Premium 3,0,84 Plugins but it didn’t solve the problemes. WordPress version is 5.4.1

    What can i do esle ?

  • I have the same problem and cannot make a new thread here so I’m hanging onto this one. My send has also been paused. I had imported some old emails again which may have caused more bounces than usual, is this a possible reason and how can I fix it?

    P.S.: Plugin and WordPress are up-to-date, CRON and everything else is working as intended, too. Deliveries before have been finde.

    Our post notifications are not going out and we have this error message for our post notifications:

    “”Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The MailPoet Sending Service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:

    You may have reached the subscriber limit of your plan. Manage your subscriptions. [There are 11 subscribers]
    You may have had a poor deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue. [We had one email listed as bouncing which we deleted]

    Check your sending method settings. [We use MailPoet Sending Service]””

    We have already tried clicking, ‘resume’ but it doesn’t work. Was anyone else in this thread able to find a solution?

    I encounter the same problem and I can’t find a solution. I have send an e-mail to [email protected] but haven’t received an answer. Any of you found a solution in the mean time?
