Sending has been temporarily suspended – on what base?

On 9th of February I got an email from Mailpoet, that due to more than 10% of our emails were rejected, our sending has been temporarily suspended. We have to proof that our list is valid and opt-in, etc.
As the sent warning e-mail indicated, I wrote an answer almost immediately, after I checked the problem. Since than I wrote two other e-mail, no any answer until yet – it is a little bit weird.We have 372 list members now, and have exactly 17 rejected emails, which is 4.56% not more than 10.
The suspension is still active. Please give me/us an answer, how to proceed.
