Sending has been suspended due to a technical problem

I am getting the error message “Sending has been suspended due to a technical problem with MailPoet: MailPoet’s sending service has been temporarily suspended for your site due to degradation of e-mail deliverability. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue. Check your shipping method settings.”
I used MailPoet a few years ago, then stopped and am now resuming. Please help. My mailing lists are very specific and less than 100 curated addresses.
