Thank you very much and it’s working, but the calculation field and the hidden field (based on the number of answers) are not working. So how do I modify the code to make everything work?

The hidden field was intended for variable symbol generation (response number + prefix), this is not currently being overwritten in google spreadsheets or does not work

As far as I can see the calculation field works well and also shows in the Google Sheet. As for the hidden field, I don’t see any setup on it, could you please elaborate a bit more on what you were trying?

Maybe an example of form inputs you are testing could help. Along with what is getting logged for you, versus what you need to accomplish. ??
