    Good day
    Had a client place a backorder to find out no stock but the problem lied with that he got a email saying product is in stock from get alert. However this SKU i manually update myself and never did i tested this and yet about the same time 01:46 am GMT+2 i get the same mail (on the test email)

    inspected immediatly and no stock so its not from other feeds or anything its after your update its sending false in stocks.

    I dont know if its cause its backorderable as its not doing it to my out of stocks that i know has a few ppl interested in buying.

  • Same here. Looks like the updated plugin treated all backorder items as in stock.

    Sorry to here that you faceing issue,

    Kindly let me know when the email is triggered, when the product is updated or else.

    also if you want to stop backorder facility then stop the setting from the back end and check.
