sending emails with a coupon

I want to ask if it is possible to set up sending emails with a coupon to a customer who has written a review, for example only 3-5 times. I don’t know if I understood the setting correctly, but if a customer writes a review, they are always sent an email with a coupon and a discount for the review.
I want to set it up so that he only gets the email with the coupon a few times and then no more.
Because I have such a situation. The customer buys the product, then writes a review and receives a discount. this is how it is repeated over and over and the customer keeps getting a discount.
