Sending emails to users on anniversary

    I’m trying to use woocommerce/mailchimp to send an email to all my users on their anniversary of registering in my directory (https://directory.bmcc.org.au/) and sending them a link so they can pay the registration fees. I have been given this job by a freiend and I’m just trying to understand the site. So Woocommerce is being used to list the services (the directory) and each user is registered as an employer. I would like to be able to send it automatically so is there a way that mailchimp can check daily for registered users who reach their anniversary and then send out a message or is there a way to achieve this – multiple step? manual checking of date? I’m not too sure how to do it
