Sending emails asynchronously

The Optimize Email Sending option allows you to send notification emails separately from form confirmations in the background. If you’ve had reports of your forms taking a long time to submit, or if your forms send out a lot of notifications, turning on this option may help cut down your form’s submission time.

Just to note that enabling this setting is not recommended for low-traffic sites, as this may increase email delivery time substantially. This setting is also not intended to fix email delivery issues.
